Which payment methods does peydsim accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal — processed via our payment provider Stripe or directly via PayPal.

Do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After your purchase you automatically receive an invoice by email.

Question 3

Can I buy an eSIM for someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buy the eSIM as usual and forward the QR code from the confirmation email to the person who will install it.

Question 4

Can I return my eSIM if I haven’t used it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unused, non-activated eSIMs can be returned within 6 months of purchase. You’ll find the details in our Terms.

Question 5

I’ve already activated my eSIM — can I still withdraw?

Accepted Answer

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires as soon as the eSIM has been fully activated and used and you have expressly agreed to the early start of the service at checkout. Details are in our Terms.
